It started at home
In 2014, Adrian started handling pests around his own home. He got good at it, then curious, then obsessed with doing it right.
In September 2017 that turned into The Bug Ninja, a licensed professional pest control business serving Wichita and the towns around it.
Why "customer service"?
Killing bugs is the job. Getting treated well is why people call back. That means published prices, no residential contracts, plain answers, and an emailed receipt with notes after every visit, so you always know what was done.
The Bug Ninja is a one-person operation. The person you text is the person who shows up.
