Ninja Intimidation
Qualifying regular pest services start from $75 + tax. Covers the everyday invaders: spiders, ants, beetles, crickets, light roach activity, and the rest of the usual crowd. Quarterly service is what most of our happiest clients choose.
Cockroach Combat
For full-blown roach infestations: German and American roaches, with clear prep steps before we arrive. Just a few roaches scouting the kitchen? Ninja Intimidation covers light activity.
Bed Bug Beatdown
First treatment: 1 bedroom $150, 2 bedrooms $250, 3 bedrooms $350. The second treatment is half the first: $75, $125 or $175. All + tax. Two-treatment minimum, normally 2 to 3 weeks apart. A third treatment is on the house, unless a larger protocol was set upfront because of severity.
Flea Murder
Indoor flea treatment, plus a prep plan so your pets' own flea treatment and our work line up.
Mouse Massacre
Finding where they're getting in, setting control where it counts, and telling you what to seal.
Dojo's of Death
Exterior bait stations around your home's perimeter that stop mice before they get inside. We recommend 4 stations for the average home.
Attic Attack
Spiders, crickets, beetles and other critters camping out over your head, cleared out of your attic.
Yard War
Outdoor treatment for the pests that live in the yard and work their way toward the house, including ticks and mosquitoes.
The 30-day window. If undue activity continues in the treated/offending area within 30 days of service, one touch-up to that area may be provided.
Bed bugs, explained
Bed bugs hatch on their own schedule, so one visit is never the whole job. Every bed-bug service has a mandatory two-treatment minimum, normally spaced 2 to 3 weeks apart to catch what hatches in between.
The second treatment costs half of the first. If a third treatment is needed, it's on the house, unless a larger protocol was agreed on upfront because the infestation was severe. You'll know which applies before we start.

No residential contracts
You pay for the service you book. If you want regular visits, we'll set them up, and most clients go quarterly, about four visits a year. You're never locked in.
We accept a full range of payment types, and you'll get an emailed receipt with notes after each visit.
