Pest Control Questions, Answered
The things people ask before they call. If yours isn't here, text it.
What happens at the first visit?
We confirm what you're dealing with, walk through the areas we'll treat, do the treatment, and tell you what to expect over the next few weeks. You'll get an emailed receipt with notes afterward.
How do I prepare for treatment?
It depends on the pest. Before your visit we'll send you prep steps for your situation, including what to do with pets, kids, food, and bedding. Bed bugs and roaches need the most prep, and we'll be specific.
When will I see results?
Many people notice a change within days, but some pests take longer, and you may see activity for a short time after treatment as they come into contact with it. We'll tell you what's normal for your pest.
What if pests are still active after my service?
If undue activity continues in the treated/offending area within 30 days of service, one touch-up to that area may be provided. Just call or text and tell us what you're seeing.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We don't do residential contracts. Book one service or set up regular visits; either way you can stop any time.
How often should I get general pest service?
Quarterly, about four visits a year, is what most of our happiest clients choose. It keeps the outside barrier fresh through every season.
How does pricing work?
Flat rates, published on our pricing page. Qualifying regular pest services start from $75 + tax, and every price is + applicable tax.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm. Saturdays 9am to 3pm. Texts sent after hours get a reply the next business day.
Where do you service?
Wichita and the surrounding area, including Derby, Andover, Haysville, Goddard, Park City and more. Augusta, Newton, Hutchinson and Salina are served with scheduling and travel considerations. See the service areas page for details.
Do you treat termites or remove wildlife?
No. We don't offer termite treatment or wildlife removal. If that's what you're dealing with, we'll tell you so you can find the right help.
