How we handle it
We treat the outside perimeter of your home where pests enter, plus entry points like doors, windows and utility lines, and treat inside where you're seeing activity.
Regular service keeps that outside barrier fresh, so bugs are stopped before they get in.
Before we arrive
Clear a path along the outside of the house where we can, and let us know where inside you've been seeing bugs. Tell us about pets so we can plan around them.
Why quarterly?
Each season brings different pests. Quarterly visits keep protection in place all year. There's no residential contract: book the visits that make sense for you.
The 30-day window. If undue activity continues in the treated/offending area within 30 days of service, one touch-up to that area may be provided.
Questions about general pest service
What does general pest service cover?
Common household pests like spiders, ants, silverfish, earwigs, crickets, centipedes and beetles, plus light roach activity. Roach infestations, bed bugs, fleas and mice have their own services.
Do I have to sign up for quarterly service?
No. There are no residential contracts. Quarterly is what most clients choose, but it's your call.
What if bugs come back between visits?
If undue activity continues in the treated/offending area within 30 days of service, one touch-up to that area may be provided.
